Welcome to Aasan Rishte ("Website" / "App"), a matrimonial platform where users can create profiles for the purpose of marriage. By registering, creating a profile, or using our services, you ("User") agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older (as per The Indian Majority Act, 1875).

Users must provide true, accurate, and lawful information. Submitting false information may lead to termination of the account.

Profiles created are strictly for the purpose of marriage. Any other use (dating, casual friendship, commercial solicitation, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

2. User Information & Profile Data

Users are required to submit personal details including, but not limited to: name, gender, marital status, religion, caste, height, weight, education, profession, location, photos, and contact number.

By default, your phone number will be publicly visible to all registered users. However, you can choose to hide it through account settings.

Once submitted, profile data (including photos and biodata) will be publicly accessible to other registered users.

Users acknowledge that any information they share is voluntarily provided and at their own discretion.

3. Communication Between Users

Users may send/receive "interests" to connect with other profiles.

Chat and call features are enabled only after mutual interest acceptance.

The Company is not responsible for the nature of conversations, outcomes of interactions, or disputes arising between users.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the information they provide and the actions they take on this platform.

Users must not:

• Post obscene, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent their identity, marital status, or intentions.
• Engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activities.

Users are advised to verify information independently before making any decisions regarding marriage.

5. Data Security & Liability Disclaimer

While we use reasonable measures to secure user data, the Company does not guarantee absolute security of data shared on the platform.

As per Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the Company is an "intermediary" and shall not be liable for any data leakage, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of user information.

Users are fully responsible for the consequences of sharing their personal information (including phone number, photos, and biodata).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company, its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:

• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of user interactions.
• Any unauthorized access to or misuse of user data.
• Any matrimonial alliance, rejection, or breakdown resulting from use of the Website/App.

The platform only facilitates connections; it does not guarantee or endorse any marriage.

7. Termination of Accounts

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Misuses the platform for non-matrimonial purposes.
• Engages in unlawful or unethical activities.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aasan Rishte, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of the Website/App or violation of these Terms.
