1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Aasan Rishte application (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform strictly provides matrimonial matchmaking services and is not a dating application.

2. Strict Eligibility and Age Verification

To comply with the laws of India and app store policies, you must be of legal marriageable age to register on Aasan Rishte. Specifically, women must be at least 18 years old, and men must be at least 21 years old. Any profiles found violating these age requirements or representing minors will be permanently deleted without notice.

3. Data Sharing & Matchmaking Privacy

CRITICAL: Aasan Rishte is built on mutual consent. Your direct contact details (such as phone numbers) are kept strictly confidential and are only shared with another registered user after a mutual expression of interest (i.e., both parties accept the proposal).

4. User Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of your profile information. Aasan Rishte maintains a zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Creation of fake, duplicate, or impersonated profiles.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior towards other members.
  • Commercial solicitation, spam, or requesting financial assistance.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, irreversible ban from the platform.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Aasan Rishte offers premium subscription plans to enhance your matchmaking experience. All payments are securely processed through authorized gateways (like Razorpay) or the respective App Store/Play Store billing systems. Given the digital nature of our service, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aasan Rishte acts solely as an intermediary platform. While we take measures to verify phone numbers and review VIP profiles, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks. Users are strongly advised to conduct their own independent due diligence before committing to any matrimonial alliance. Aasan Rishte is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions.
